[SVC] Dry Processed Electrode

This service provides cathode composite powder mixing/kneading and dry-process cathode electrode fabrication.

Clients may provide their own cathode and catholyte materials or select from Ampcera’s available cathode and solid electrolyte products. The desired mass ratio for the cathode composite can be specified, and powders are uniformly blended using a high-RPM mixer to ensure optimal electrochemical performance.

The subsequent processing step converts the cathode composite powder into a kneaded dough and then into a rolled cathode film template (~1 mm thick). Films can be rolled down further to thinner specifications upon request. This dry-process method produces cathode films with excellent mechanical strength for easy handling while maintaining superior electrochemical performance.
