Ampcera offers cold isostatic pressing services for powder compaction, green-body densification, and preform shaping. Using high-pressure fluid media, our CIP system applies uniform pressure to all surfaces of a sealed powder or component, enabling highly homogeneous compaction with minimal internal stress. This process improves green density, mechanical integrity, and dimensional consistency. 

Typical applications include compacting electrolyte powders, forming cathode/anode preforms, and producing near-net-shape components for solid-state battery R&D and prototyping.
